About CREW Northern Virginia

CREW Northern Virginia is an organization of real estate professionals chartered to promote professional ethics and integrity, education and career advancement, and networking to develop business opportunities.

The Northern Virginia chapter was founded in 1986. Our diverse membership includes women and men in the fields of appraisal, architecture, asset management, brokerage, construction, corporate real estate, development, facilities management, finance, government, insurance, interior design, law, leasing, marketing, and property management, among others.

CREW Northern Virginia is affiliated with the CREW Network, a national organization of real estate professionals founded in 1988 by combining the efforts of the East Coast CREW-National (comprised of Baltimore, Northern Virginia, Maryland Suburban, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Washington, DC) and a similar group organized on the West Coast called Women In Commercial Real Estate-National Network (Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix, San Diego, and San Francisco). Both organizations were already working to promote professional education, interaction, and networking opportunities among women in the commercial real estate industry.

CREW Northern Virginia encourages joining a committee as a means of fully benefiting from your CREW membership. Typically, committees meet once a month for one hour. Please contact the respective committee(s) via phone or e-mail to volunteer or for more information.
